Almondsbury Tennis Club

Almondsbury Tennis Club is a family friendly club is conveniently located in North Bristol. Tennis players of all ages and abilities are welcome. Whether you are an absolute beginner, returning to the game after a break, or a regular player you’ll find a welcome from like-minded people.

 

Social Play

Many members play the game purely as a social activity. As a friendly bunch, new members will always receive a warm welcome. Plus many of the members meet outside club nights for their own games.

 

Coaching

A fully qualified coaching team leads an extensive coaching programme. There are group coaching for mini and junior age groups on Monday to Thursday afternoons. Adult players can take advantage of group courses as well as private sessions. There’s also Rusty Rackets for those adult returning after a break as well as disability tennis.

 

Competitive Tennis

Almondsbury Tennis Club offers a number of competitive opportunities. Mens, ladies and junior team compete in local Leagues and LTA Tournaments. In addition, the annual Club Championship enables all members to engage in some friendly competitive play.

 

Membership

Since the club offers a number of package and no joining fees, becoming a member is easy. You can purchase membership on a monthly or annual basis. Also 2 months trial adult and family membership is available.

 

Extras

The club also runs the occasional social events. While some are tennis based, others are not. However, all members are welcome to take part in.
