Buckingham Tennis Club

Buckingham Tennis Club is a friendly local sports club set in picturesque surroundings in Chandos Park in the heart of Buckingham, on the banks of the River Ouse. In addition to regular social tennis, the club offers coaching for all ages and abilities as well as tournaments and an active juniors section. Simply put, there’s something for all ages and standards!

 

Social Play

At the heart of the club is a very active and sociable club tennis scene for adults. There are popular club sessions three times per week, which are a relaxed way to stay active and enjoy playing tennis. These continue all year round, regardless of the weather.

 

Coaching

Junior members benefit from a very active and busy coaching program, run by fully qualified coaches. In addition to this year-round programme, there are also special tennis camps on offer during the school holidays.

 

Competitive Tennis

For keen players, there are plenty ofopportunities to join a tennis team and play in the local leagues. As well as in club singles and doubles tournaments.

 

Membership

Buckingham Tennis Club has a large and varied membership which comprises juniors, adults and more mature adults. A massive 9 types of memberships are available, and so all are able to join the club.

 

Extras

After playing on court, members usually head over to the neighbouring bowls club bar.
