Chipperfield Tennis Club
Chipperfield Tennis Club is a small, friendly village tennis club situated on the edge of Chipperfield Common in Hertfordshire. The original village tennis court was part of the social club and facilities given to the men and women of Chipperfield by Samual and Elizabeth Blackwell in memory of their two sons, both of whom perished in the First World War.
The club run by a dedicated team of volunteers as a non profit organisation purely to promote tennis within the local area. Members are friendly and so all are welcome to join the club and enjoy playing tennis in beautiful surroundings.
Players of all standards are welcome and can enjoy social tennis in a picturesque surrounding on superbly maintained courts. And members enjoy playing throughout the year.
