Cottenham Tennis Club

Located near Cambridge, Cottenham Tennis Club is small and friendly. The enthusiastic members aim to make better use of the great facilities on offer at the Village College. Tennis players of all ages and standards are welcome at the club.

 

Social Play

Members enjoy meeting for a club night on Wednesday evening. These relax sessions are a fantastic way to play some tennis, work on your game and meet new people. There’s even free coaching on selected days! Also members are entitled to 50% discount on court fees at all times.

 

Coaching

In terms of coaching, a professional tennis coach runs group sessions on Saturday afternoons with both a junior group and a senior group. The club aims to keep the cost down and so you can improve your tennis skills for an affordable weekly amount. The club does not offer any private lessons, however, you might be able to arrange some directly with the coach.

 

Competitive Tennis

There is an active competitive men’s team playing in the Cambridgeshire leagues. The club is also eager to form a ladies team but is in need of a few more competitive players.

 

Membership

Cottenham Tennis Club offers inexpensive membership to players of any standard or age. And since the club does not charge a joining fee or basic playing standard, becoming a members is simple.
