Kippie Lodge Sports Complex

Located a short drive from Aberdeen, Kippie Lodge Sports Complex is a hive of activity every day. Since opening in the 1980s, the members only club has continued to invested in it’s sports facilities. By doing so, the club has maintained it’s status as one of Scotland’s most successful sports venue.

 

The family friendly complex features a fully equipped gymnasium, 18 metre swimming pool, 2 aerobic studios, 2 squash courts, sauna & steam room as well as 3 outside tennis courts. Plus, for every sports Kippie Lodge has a professional instructor to coach and encourage you to achieve your best results.

 

The club’s tennis courts are located behind the centre and are very popular in the summer months.

 

Social Tennis

You can book courts 7 days a week and organize your own matches with friends and other members. However, the club doesn’t hold any social tennis session throughout the week.

 

Coaching

Kippie’s resident tennis coach for the last 21 years has been Alan Lamont. He is available for private or group coaching. Alan coaches children from an early age, adult beginners and advanced players.

 

Competitive Tennis

The Club also runs its own leagues in Squash/Racketball. These are open to all members, no matter what their standard.

 

Membership

As a family friendly club, all ages are welcome and children are activity encouraged by the team. The Kippie Lodge Sports & Country Club membership falls into four categories: Family, Single, Student or Special. In order to join two current members have to propose you.

There’s also a hair and beauty salon on site!
