Kirkhill Lawn Tennis Club

Kirkhill Lawn Tennis Club is a small and friendly club located in pleasant tree lined grounds in Cambuslang, Glasgow. The club enjoys playing tennis year round. There are a number of weekly coaching sessions for juniors and adults. As well as social tennis and competitive play. In short, the club offers something for all local tennis players.

Social Play

There are so many social and health benefits associated with sport. Tennis is no exception. And therefore members enjoy playing year round for the fun of time as well as the health benefits. Whether that is at a social session or as part of a game they have arranged.

Coaching

Kirkhill has a strong reliable coaching programme to juniors and adults year round. Blaes courts are an ideal surface for learning on as the ball bounces higher and runs through much slower than synthetic courts. Tennis moves to the all weather court exclusively over the winter months. And junior members use the clubhouse for indoor tennis.

Competitive Tennis

The club competes with teams in the West of Scotland Leagues. So if you’re looking for a challenge, Kirkhill Lawn Tennis Club offers a range.

Membership

Adult membership costs around £2 per week and there many other categories available. And as a result joining the club is easy and all are welcome.

Extras

In addition to the tennis, the club hosts lots of fun and social events away from the courts too.
