Letchworth Sports and Tennis Club
Ideally located in the centre of Letchworth Garden City, Letchworth Sports and Tennis Club welcomes players of all ages and abilities. In addition to tennis, the club has a fitness suites, squash courts, Croquet greens and Badminton courts.
Social Play
Letchworth Sports and Tennis Club prides itself on having a thriving social tennis scene for all ages and abilities. For adults, weekly club night offer a free coach led session. Plus with 8 courts, you can play tennis whenever you want to.
Coaching
There’s a full range of coaching available. Juniors, start with mini tennis from the age of 3 and includes regular coaching session, camps and performance coaching for older children. Adults can join either beginner or improver classes. So regardless of your age, help is available if you want to develop your skills. Cardio Tennis is also available.
Competitive Tennis
The club runs a box ladder, which is a great way to compete against members of a similar ability, aged 16 or over. Letchworth members also enjoys the privilege of playing in a wide range of county, regional and national leagues. These include Hertfordshire Summer Doubles League, AEGON, Hot Rackets and many more.
Membership
As the club offers a range of sports, you can select from a range of membership options. So if you only want to play tennis, then you can join Letchworth Sports and Tennis Club as a tennis only member. Of course, you can join the club as a full member and have access to all of the facilities. Non-members are also welcome as pay and play options are available.
Extras
In addition to excellent sporting facilities, the club has a bar and cafe. These area are available for hire for functions and birthday parties.
