Lifetime Tennis – Putney Community Tennis Club

Putney Community Tennis Club is run by Lifetime Tennis. The centre’s aim is to make tennis a more accessible, affordable and inclusive sport within London. With floodlit courts, the centre is able to offer tennis all year round.

Social Play

The weekly programme contains many drop-in social play sessions each week. Players of all standards can turn up and play with others of a similar level while receiving some coaching and enjoying a few games.

Coaching

The coaching programmes at the club are available for all ages and levels. The courses range from Mini tennis for children from the age of 4, up to Adult sessions, which provide structured training and practice sessions.

Competitive Tennis

Players of all standard have the opportunity try match play at Lifetime Tennis. Improver and intermediate level players can compete in the club’s Doubles League which take places at Lambeth Academy. And players of a more advanced level can join the Lifetime Tennis Team, who compete in the LTA Aegon Surrey Leagues.

Membership

Everything at Lifetime Tennis – Putney Community Tennis Club is available on a pay and play basis. Therefore if you only want to take part in a course, you simply pay for that. If you can’t commit to a coaching programme, then the drop in sessions enable you to play as and when you can. And because the fees are very affordable, you can enjoy playing tennis all year round.
