Little Eaton Tennis Club

Located adjacent to St Peter’s Park in Derby, Little Eaton Tennis Club is an LTA Affiliated Club. New members of all ages and abilities to our small and friendly village club. With a busy programme, the club offers something for everyone, whether you’re 9 or 90!

 

Social Play

Booking a court couldn’t be easier and therefore you can arrange your own games as often as you would like. There are also regular club session which enable all members to turn up and mix in for a game.

 

Coaching

Club coach Gareth Griffiths has developed an exciting coaching programme for all ages and abilities. Adults benefit from regular group coaching as well as private lessons.

 

The club also has an expanding junior programme with coaching and competitive opportunities available for kids aged 3+. The main group coaching activities happens on Saturdays, with sessions ranging from mini tennis red to teenagers and improver players. More advanced players can join squads of 3 to 6 players, for more intense and technically advanced training.

 

Competitive Tennis

6 adult teams compete in the Derby League, with singles and doubles matches played against other clubs. The club also has a junior team in the Derby area league.

 

Membership

Little Eaton Tennis Club has some of the lowest and most reasonable membership rates in the county. For example, Adult membership cost less than a £1 per week. Visitors are welcome at the club for a small fee.
