Louth Lawn Tennis Club
Louth Lawn Tennis Club is small, friendly club, which dates back to 1881. Based in picturesque surroundings, the club offers a varied programme of tennis all year round.
There’s social tennis every Monday morning. Not only is this a fantastic way to stay active but it’s a great excuse to keep working on your tennis skills. Since the courts are not floodlit, during the winter play is somewhat restricted, however there is plenty of free court time available for members.
Children’s coaching with Matt Boothby is every Saturday afternoon. These turn up and join in sessions are open to members and non-members alike. Unfortunately, there is no coaching for adults. However, other local tennis clubs do offer a range.
The club runs an annual tournament, which is open to all members and encourages a competitive spirit! Sadly as a small club, there are no league teams. So if you’re looking for a wide range of competitive opportunities, then it might be worth looking at other local clubs.
Since you can pay monthly, Louth Lawn Tennis Club is affordable for all. Plus adult membership costs less than £2 per week, joining is great value for you money.
