Murrayfield Lawn Tennis Club has been established for more than 100 years. Conveniently located in Edinburgh, just steps from Murrayfield Stadium – the home of Scottish Rugby.
Social Play
With floodlit courts, you can enjoy playing all year round. Ladies meet on Tuesday and Thursday evenings for social tennis. Whereas the men tend to play on Monday and Wednesday evenings. Also mixed social tennis take places at various times. In addition a group meets to play during the day.
Coaching
Junior coaching on Saturday mornings is a great way to inspire the next generation and is part of their subscription fee. There are also junior holiday camps!
Adults benefit from Tennis Xpress which is a fun way to learn the basics and is a great course for those who returning or are just starting to play. Weekly Cardio Tennis session also take place in the summer months and provide a mixture of tennis and fitness.
Competitive Tennis
Murrayfield fields 3 men’s and 2 ladies teams in the local East of Scotland Tennis Leagues. The club also hosts a number of competitions of it’s own each year including American tournaments.
