Pensford Tennis Club

Founded in 1990, Pensford Tennis Club leases part of a small site in the middle of a residential area of Pensford Avenue, Kew from Richmond Council. While the club’s amenities have greatly improved over recent years, the ethos hasn’t.

The club aim is to have an informal and non-intimidating atmosphere. And so, most activities have an important social dimension.

Social Play

There are regular social tennis sessions which are open to all, regardless of age or ability. Members also have easy access to courts for their own games.

Coaching

An extensive coaching programme is available. For the adults, there’s regular group courses and private lessons. As well as popular Pay and Play sessions and Cardio Tennis.

Juniors have access to a fantastic range of coaching including weekly group sessions, holiday camps and so much more!

Competitive Tennis

Pensford encourages all to try competitive play. Whether that be in a club tournament or a league team. Also, the club aims to run several adult and junior competitive tournaments throughout the year.
