Ryde Lawn Tennis Club

Ryde Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club provides excellent year-round facilities for all levels of tennis and croquet. All available to both members and non-members. The club has a full programme of social and competitive activities for all ages and abilities.

 

Social Play

Social tennis includes two adult Mix-in sessions each week. As well as organised play where members are encouraged to join in. The club owns an automatic ball machine and a practice wall is also available for members’ use.

 

Coaching

Ryde Lawn Tennis Club has a highly qualified team of coaches. Therefore whatever your age or goals, they will work with you to enable you to reach them. There are Adult and Junior Beginners Tennis courses throughout the year including ‘Tennis Xpress’. Coaching for groups or individuals is always available by arrangement for both club members and non members.

 

Competitive Tennis

Club teams are entered in competitive leagues in Portsmouth, Hampshire and on the Isle of Wight. And with such a wide range of competitive play, tennis players of all ages and standards will enjoy testing their skills.

 

Membership

While you don’t have to be a member to enjoy the facilities at Ryde Lawn Tennis club, there are a number of benefits. And since the club has a range of packages available, players of all ages and requirements are welcome at the club.

Off court, members enjoy meeting for a range of social events throughout the year and can usually found after playing in the bar!
