Trowbridge Westbourne Tennis Club

Trowbridge Westbourne Tennis Club, part of Trowbridge Westbourne Sports Club, was founded in 1913 by 45 sporting enthusiasts who bought the current site and later built the clubhouse. The TennisMark accredited club provides something for everyone by the way of Coaching, Competition, Fitness and Social Play.

Social Play

If you are new to the game or returning after a break, you can join in at any of the four Club Sessions each week. These sessions take place on various mornings and evenings and so everyone will be able to make at least one each week.

Coaching

Adults can benefit from group and private coaching, with sessions available all week. The club has a thriving junior coaching programme that caters for both performance and development players. The junior programme takes place during term time with session after school and at weekends.

Competitive Tennis

If you want to play more competitive tennis there are Club Tournaments for Singles, Doubles, Mixed and Vets. If you want to play for the Club, there are league and friendly matches against other clubs in the area, with teams in the Chippenham and District, Summer and Winter leagues.

Joining Trowbridge Westbourne Tennis Club has never been easier. A variety of membership packages are available. The club is always on the lookout for new junior and adult players of any standard. As well as volunteers who do an amazing job in keeping the club running.
