Wellow Valley Tennis

Wellow Valley Tennis offers a warm welcome to new members young and old irrespective of ability. Set in a conservation area to the south of Bath with commanding views of the idyllic surrounding countryside.

 

Social Play

The multiple club sessions each week mean social tennis is at the heart of the club. These session provide a great way to mix in and play tennis with other members. And since all social sessions are open to members of all standards, it’s likely your improve your skills.

 

Coaching

The club’s tennis coaching is provided by Team Bath, who are well regarded for their unrivalled reputation and experience. Various coaching courses take place throughout the year and are available for beginners as well as those wishing to improve their game.

 

Competitive Tennis

Each year, a number of competitive ladders take place. Open to all ages and abilities, these tournament encourage members to engage in friendly match play.

 

Membership

Due to Wellow Valley Tennis being a fantastic community sports club, membership costs are very affordable. All profit is reinvested and therefore as a member, you are funding grass root sports.

 

Extras

In addition to the tennis courts you can enjoy a work out on the outdoor gym and jogging track. Or, you might be more interested in playing football on the 7-aside pitch. Or netball on a dedicated court. However, you might like to try your hand at Boules. There’s also double lane cricket nets, which is perfect for practising your technique! And as a result of multiple sporting options,  members benefit from more than just tennis!
