Basildon Tennis Club
Basildon Tennis Club is the village tennis club for Upper and Lower Basildon in Berkshire. It exists for all villagers and provides a body of people to help and encourage those in the village who may be interested in playing tennis, either at social or competitive level.
As a small local club, members always enjoy social tennis sessions. Not only is the play good, it’s a fantastic chance to catch up with each other and stay active. There’s also plenty of court time for members to book for themselves.
Coach Damian Lane offers a range of lessons. He will help you improve your game and technique, no matter your age or ability. He also runs juniors camps and offers racket restringing.
If you’re looking for more match play or tournaments, then you’ll be delighted to know that the club offers a range. So whatever your standard, there’s opportunities to test your playing.
Basildon Tennis Club offers 7 types of membership. All are highly affordable with adult membership costing less than £1 per week. Plus when you join, your money goes to spread sports within the community and enables a superb facility to keep going. Well worth the small fees!
