Caversham Lawn Tennis Club

Caversham Lawn Tennis Club has everything a tennis player could wish for in a club and is one of Berkshire’s premier tennis clubs. Situated in a superb location, the club’s has outstanding facilities as well as a first-rate coaching team.

 

With a choice of three court surfaces, Caversham enables you to grow as a player and experience new playing surfaces. Plus you don’t have to stop in winter as two of the Acrylic courts are cover under aim dome – allowing play to continue, regardless of the weather.

 

Social Play

There’s plenty happening at the club including a number of weekly social sessions as well as plenty of court time for members’ own private games.

 

Coaching

The club offers one of the most comprehensive coaching programmes in the county, the team of GDT coaches runs over 30 sessions each week for all ages and abilities. A great place to play tennis, whatever your ability!

 

Competitive Tennis

If you’re into competitive play, then there’s a wide range of opportunities at the club. These include teams in the Berkshire leagues and teams in the county league. There are also several internal competitions each year. The Club Championship in July is the highlight of the club’s calendar and is always well attended and enjoyable.

 

Membership

Caversham Lawn Tennis Club offers a wide range of membership packages. These include discounts for families, young adults and even players living outside Reading. So whatever your age is, you’ll enjoy being a member of the club!
