Maidenhead Lawn Tennis Club

Maidenhead Lawn Tennis Club is a private club owned by its members. Founded in 1879, the club is still dedicated to the promotion of tennis with the local area. The club is open to anyone of any age and ability to join, and works closely with the LTA as the LTA Junior Futures Performance Centre in Berkshire.

 

Social Play

The club hosts regular club social tennis, which are open to players of all standards. Plus with 10 courts, you’ll never be short of a court to play on, should you want to arrange your own games.

 

Coaching

All club coaches are from NMT Coaching Services and are LTA qualified coaches. They attend regular courses keeping them up to date with current coaching methods. Coaching is available on an individual or group basis. Also the LTA has appointed Maidenhead Lawn Tennis Club as the LTA Performance Coaching Centre for Berkshire.

 

Competitive Tennis

The club has a large number of teams playing in the Berkshire leagues and Aegon British Tennis leagues. There’s also regular club tournaments, which are open to all members.

 

Membership

Maidenhead Lawn Tennis Club is very popular and typically, there is a waiting list for new members. So please get in contact to join to the waiting list.

 

Extras

In addition to the club facilities, two public courts at Oaken Grove Park are also managed by the club. These are located 500 metres to the north of the club at the end of All Saints Ave.
