Martock Tennis Club
Located near Yeovil, Martock Tennis Club is an active and friendly club working closely with the local LTA and Somerset Tennis Development Group. The club offers a fun and supportive environment for all members.
Social Play
The club welcomes all new members and encourages you to join in one of the weekly general club sessions. These take place on Thursday evenings and Saturday afternoons and are open to all.
Coaching
The club benefits from a full-time coach, who runs an exciting programme of all levels and ages. There’s a beginner/Improver coaching course on Tuesday evenings. Junior coaching is on Saturday mornings. Also, Private coaching is available with the club’s coach.
Competitive Tennis
For the more competitive, 8 summer league teams are active and offer a full range of Ladies, Mens and Mixed competitive play. Also in winter 4 mixed league teams compete. So there’s a superb range for all who wish to play more matches.
There are also junior competitions across the full age range as part of the local junior tournament schedule.
Membership
Membership at Martock Tennis Club is open to all, either as a single adult, student, junior or family member. Plus there’s no joining fee or playing in tests.
