Newbury Tennis Club

 Established in 1937, Newbury Tennis Club is conveniently located close to the centre of the historic town of Newbury. The Club welcomes tennis players of all ages and abilities.

 

Social Play

With social tennis sessions throughout the week, regardless of how busy you are, you’ll be able to get to at least one. These sessions focus on the enjoyment of playing tennis in a relaxed and friendly environment.

 

Coaching

Community Tennis Association delivers the club’s coaching programme through Newbury Tennis School.

 

A number of coaching programmes are available for all ages. From mini and junior tennis right through to adult beginner, intermediate and advanced coaching sessions. There are opportunities for either individual or group coaching sessions, alongside holiday camps run during the school holidays.

 

Competitive Tennis

For more advanced tennis players who would like to play competitively in league matches, there are teams in the Newbury and Berkshire leagues. So if you’re looking for more match play, the club offers a range.
