Abshot Country Club
Abshot Country Club is the only Family run Country Club in Hampshire. Each Member experience a ‘Personal Touch’ to the service, which corporate facilities cannot match. Asbhot offers fitness and relaxation in a friendly environment. Squash and Racketball teams compete in the Hampshire County Leagues and run club nights weekly. Rackets coaching is available for all standards from beginners to first team players.
Social Play
As you can easily book courts online, getting together for a game is simple. Also, courts can be booked up to two weeks in advanced. So gather some friends and get on playing!
Coaching
While no extensive coaching programme is available, there is junior coaching on a Saturday morning. So if you’re looking for a range of coaching, it may be best to look at other local tennis clubs.
Competitive Tennis
The club’s focus is on court hire, and so like coaching, no match play is available. Many other local club do, however, offer a range.
Membership
In order to use the tennis courts at Abshot Country Club, you have to join as a member. And while the club doesn’t offer tennis only membership, it does offer a range of options. Some membership types are subject to a joining fee.
Extras
As more than a health club, there is an on site cafe and hair salon.
