Alderholt Tennis Club
Founded in 1989, Alderholt Tennis Club is set in the lovely Dorset village of Alderholt on the edge of the New Forest. Located at the Alderholt Recreation Ground in Ringwood Road, the Club offers tennis for everyone. From beginners to team players and juniors to adults.
Social Play
At the heart of the club is social tennis and sessions run each week, all year round. From April until September club nights take place from Thursday evenings. And from October through until March club sessions take place on Sunday mornings.
Coaching
The Club benefits from the services of club member and qualified coach Gary Kemp. Gary offers group coaching, which starts with Street Tennis, which introduces tennis to the under 9s. Gary’s Juniors and Adults coaching enables tennis players to grow and develop. Private one-to-one lessons and family group lessons are also available.
Competitive Tennis
The club organises a full calender of tournaments and social events. These includes a Wimbledon Ticket Ballot, mixed doubles competitions and so much more.
Membership
Four types of memberships are available at Alderholt Tennis Club. Full adult membership costs a little over £1 per week. In addition to adult membership, student, weekday and juniors membership are available. All are affordable and there are no joining fees.
