Ash Tennis Club
Ash Tennis Club is a friendly, village tennis club, which welcomes you to meet new people, enjoy tennis and stay fit. The club dates back to 1970, when a group of tennis players meet in the local pub and decided to start their own club. The initial ethos still remains. A club run for it’s members, by it’s members.
Social Play
During both the Summer and Winter months Adult members can join in social club sessions. You can join on Wednesday evenings and Sunday mornings. There are also club sessions on Tuesday Mornings and Saturday Afternoons.
Sessions are continued throughout the winter months on the floodlit court. Even on Wednesday evenings during the winter members will turn up and play! All of these sessions are a great opportunity to meet, and play with, other club members.
Coaching
Minis, Juniors and Adults are encouraged to join the coaching programmes. Plus, with fully LTA / RPT / PTR qualified coaching team, tennis players of all ages abilities will see some improvement.
Competitive Tennis
For those interested in more competitive tennis, we enter teams in the local Aldershot and District Leagues.
Membership
The club has various different types of membership including Family, Adult and social membership. Ash Tennis Club membership fee includes the LTA subscription fee.
Extras
Finally, many social events are arranged throughout the year. Some of which do not require a tennis racket.
