Boughton Park Lawn Tennis Club
Located in Worcester, Boughton Park Lawn Tennis Club was founded in 1928. It’s courts are maintained by the Golf Club Greenkeepers, and are some of the best grass courts in the County. The club is part of Worcester Golf & Country Club, which offers a range of sports as well as a clubhouse with superb facilities.
Social Play
The thriving Tennis section meets for regular mixed social play. These are a fantastic way to enjoy playing tennis all year round. Plus with lots of free court time, you can play whenever you feel like it.
Coaching
Sadly, no coaching is available, however there are many other local tennis clubs who do offer an extensive programme. So you might want to consider them.
Competitive Tennis
During the year, there are a number of mixed social tournaments and a summer Club Tournament. There are Mens, Ladies, and Mixed teams in the Hereford and Worcester Summer and Winter Leagues. Also, Junior membership has thrived over recent years, and many now play in the club Teams.
