Castle Hill Tennis Club
Founded around 1895, Castle Hill Tennis Club is a small club based in Essex which welcomes all levels of playing ability. The club offers weekly social playing sessions and coaching as well as organised competitions. And so much more!
Social Play
There are weekly club sessions on Wednesdays and Sundays, which are a superb way to keep active and playing tennis all year round. Plus as a member you’re able to play on the courts whenever you feel like it.
Coaching
If you’re looking to develop your playing then coaching is available for both Junior and Adult coaching. A number of Adult Coaching sessions available for beginners and those who may be a bit rusty and wish to rediscover their tennis skills!
Also the club’s coach runs a number of Junior Coaching Courses in summer and a Junior Summer Camp.
Competitive Tennis
The Essex Small Clubs League was set up in 1990 for village clubs who, because of their lack of facilities, were unable to compete in the larger ‘official’ leagues. Castle Hill Tennis Club has taken part for the last four years.
Also, there’s club tournaments throughout the summer and also have social events.
Membership
There are no joining or court fees. Castle Hill Tennis Club offers a range of reasonably priced memberships.
