Chalford Tennis Club
The first tennis club in Chalford consisted of just two grass courts, but over the years Chalford Tennis Club has built up a thriving membership. While most of the members live locally, some travel from Stroud and Nailsworth to play at Chalford.
Social Play
Adult social sessions take place on Wednesday evenings, and Friday and Sunday mornings. A Ladies Night also takes place on Mondays. Since there’s plenty of free court time, members can play tennis as often as they want to. You can even book a court online!
Coaching
The club’s coaching team run a successful coaching programme for both juniors and adults. So you can develop your tennis skills as part of a group or on an individual basis, whatever your standard is.
Competitive Tennis
Chalford enters both Mens and Ladies doubles teams in the Gloucestershire LTA inter-club league. And as aresult team captains are always keen to meet new players!
Membership
With 8 membership package available, Chalford Tennis Club caters for all ages and requirements. Plus as fees are affordable, you’ll want to join! Plus, all members of the tennis club are automatically members of the main Sports and Social Club, and entitled to use the facilities there, including the lounge bar.
