Corbridge Tennis Club
Corbridge Tennis Club is located on the grounds of Tynedale Rugby Club. As a relaxed and friendly club, members love to see new faces on court.
Corbridge Tennis was achieved with support from the Sport England Inspired Fund, Northumberland County Council, The Community Foundation, Corbridge Womens Institute, Corbridge Parish Council, and SITA. As well as many individual supporters and sponsors and the co-operation of Tynedale Rugby Club.
Social Play
Social play is growing fast and new members are always welcome. These weekly sessions are a great way to stay active and turn up and play tennis. So grab your racket, let’s meet on court!
Coaching
Adults benefit from both private and group lessons, with courses run throughout the year. Whereas kids coaching takes place on Saturdays with more planned for the warmer months.
Competitive Tennis
Teams are also active with men’s, ladies and vets teams all entered in the Northumberland and Durham leagues. As well as a number of club tournaments throughout the summer. So if you’re looking for more match play, there’s a range on offer.
Membership
With 6 membership types, Corbridge Tennis Club is open to a range of age and players. Fees are in-line with the national average, with adult membership, for example costing less tha £2 per week.
