Culcheth Tennis Club

Culcheth Tennis Club is a part of the larger Culcheth Sports Club (The Daten) which has one of the biggest facilities of its type in the North West of England. The club offers a wide range of sports and leisure opportunities together with a large bar and catering facilities. The club is located near the centre of Culcheth on the north side of Warrington in Cheshire.

Social Play

On most Sunday mornings, members drop in for informal mixed social tennis, giving new Club members the opportunity to meet other members, and join in friendly doubles games. In addition, there is a Ladies group, who meet on a Wednesday throughout the year. Members and non-members (for a fee) can use the courts and these are easy to book.

Coaching

Gary Brookes, Culcheth Tennis Club’s Coach provides coaching for current members, with both group and private coaching session available. He also looks to attract and develop new junior talent at all levels from Mini red upwards.

Competitive Tennis

12 club teams are active in the Cheshire Leagues at various levels, these includ 4 Men’s, 4 Ladies and 4 Mixed Teams. And as a result, there are plenty of chance for all to take part in match play.

Membership

Culcheth Tennis Club offers a range of memberships, however, you are required to join the wider club (which is a small, additional fee).  You can join online and overall fees are actually quite affordable. While membership does offer a number of benefits, non-members can hire courts for a small charge.
