Didsbury Lawn Tennis Club
Didsbury Lawn Tennis Club is situated in East Didsbury, the Club offers year-round tennis to players of all levels and ages. The club’s rich history dates back to at least 1924, when the club began playing tennis at it’s present site. Before this, the club was a section of the Didsbury Cricket Club on Wilmslow Road.
Social Play
As the club welcome players of all abilities, the regular social tennis sessions are open to all levels. simply, turn up and mix in on Sunday, Tuesday or Friday mornings, or Wednesday evenings. Also, club members are able to play on available courts at any time without booking.
Coaching
While the club coaching programme focuses on the juniors. There is coaching for individuals and groups of all ages and levels. Juniors can also join fun summer tennis camps in the school holidays.
Competitive Tennis
With a superb mix of competitive tennis, players of all standards can test their abilities. There 4 mens and 2 ladies teams in summer and winter leagues. The club also hosts an annual tournament as well as informal American tournament events.
Membership
Annual full membership of Didsbury Lawn Tennis Club is £157, however some discounts are available. And you can play up to three times as a visitor before joining.
