Named Derbyshire Tennis Club of the Year in 2016 by the LTA, Duffield Lawn Tennis Club provides some of the best facilities in the county. The club has achieve LTA (Lawn Tennis Association) Tennis Clubmark status, which guarantees that the club is delivering a high-quality tennis development programme and operating in line with best practice.
Social Play
There are whopping eight weekly social play session. This wide range of session means members of all ages and abilities are catered for. Simply, turn up and play. Also, booking courts outside this schedule is easy and can be done online.
Coaching
Tennis for children and young people is a priority for the club. The Junior programme includes all levels of mini tennis as well as performance coaching. In addition to a great junior programme, Adults of all standards are also covered by a comprehensive coaching schedule. Also, group and individual lessons are available for both adults and juniors
Competitive Tennis
If you’re looking for competitive tennis, then Duffield doesn’t disappoint. Club teams compete in the Derbyshire leagues. As well as in a range of county and national tournaments.
Membership
With competitive fees and a whole host of option, joining Duffield Tennis Club is easy. Simply choose the most suitable membership for you, pay the fee and start playing. It is worth noting, however, that the club does charge a joining fee for new members.
