Dunning Tennis Club

Dunning Tennis Club is located in Rollo Park next to the Golf Course and Pavilion, in the picturesque village of Dunning in the foothills of the Ochil Hills.

Early records indicate that in 1896, land was given to the villagers of Dunning by Lord Rollo of Duncrub, for both a bowling green and tennis courts. Today, the tennis courts have been up-graded from rubberised tarmacadam to artificial sand-filled grass, since it was considered appropriate at the time of the club centenary, that they should be returned as close to the original grass courts as possible.

Social Play

There’s a good amount of social play sessions each week and an even better amount of free court time. So whether you want to turn up and mix in or arrange your own games, the choice is yours!

Coaching

The Club is very keen to try and provide coaching where there is a demand for it. And so there is weekly group coaching for both adults and children.

Competitive Tennis

While the club doesn’t compete in local leagues, it does run its own box league. This enables all who wish to play competitively to have the opportunity to.
