Epping Tennis Club

Epping Tennis Club is a long-established, friendly and family orientated club which welcomes players of all ages and abilities. The club has a comprehensive schedule of Social Play, Match Play and Coaching for both Adults and Juniors.

 

Social Play

At the heart of the club is regular social tennis. Players of all standards are welcome to attend on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. As well as on Friday and Sunday mornings. There is also a dedicated junior’s club session on a Friday afternoon. Members are free to book courts, however as a small club there is no court booking system.

 

Coaching

The club runs an inclusive coaching programme for all ages and abilities. Desgined to provide a fun and competitive environment for players to learn and reach their potential. Individual coaching is available for adults and juniors.

 

Juniors can join in ability based coaching each week, with all equipment provided. Whereas adults can take part in weekly lessons as well as Cardio Tennis. Non members are welcome to join in with coaching at the club.

 

Competitive Tennis

A number of Mens’ Doubles, Ladies’ Doubles and Mixed Doubles Teams compete in the South West Essex League. As well as 2 teams in the Winter League.

 

Membership

Epping Tennis Club offers a number of different types of memberships to suit different lifestyles. Concessions are available for families, retirees, students and juniors. While visitors are welcome, they are limited to maximum 3 visits, each for a small fee.

 

Extras

As more than just a tennis club, members enjoy meeting for social events off courts.
