Glossop Pyegrove Tennis Club
Glossop Pyegrove Tennis Club is a very friendly, informal club that offers social and team tennis at all levels, and a full programme of coaching. As a non-profit making club, everyone in the community is welcome to play at the club.
Social Play
If your prefer a more social game, then members enjoy meeting twice a week for social tennis. Not only are these a great way to stay active and work on your game, but they are are a superb way to make new friends.
Coaching
Coaching starts young at the club! So if you’re 4 years old or 40, there is some coaching for you. LTA qualified coaches run the club’s programme and will enable you to reach your goals.
Competitive Tennis
If you’re look for a challenge then join one of the club’s team. These are active in S.W. Manchester and East Cheshire Leagues. There are also regular club tournaments for all standards throughout the year.
Membership
There are several categories of membership at Glossop Pyegrove Tennis Club. And since there are no joining fees and adults membership costs as little as £2 per week, becoming a member is affordable.
Extras
The club also hosts a range of social events. As well as a table tennis table in the clubhouse!
