Grundisburgh Tennis Club
Situated in Woodbridge, Grundisburgh Tennis Club is a 5-minute walk from the centre of town, on the Grundisburgh playing field, behind the leylandii hedge.
Social Play
If you aim to play more tennis but don’t have anyone to play with then social tennis sessions enable you to stay active while meeting new people. Plus as the club a number of courts, you’ll always be able to play privately on one.
Coaching
Carl Douglas Coaching works in partnership with the club to deliver it’s coaching programme. Their aim is to provide an encouraging and supportive environment for people to learn to play tennis. Whether it’s your first time or you’re more advanced and looking to improve specific aspects of their game e.g. groundstrokes, volleys, serving etc. Coaching is offered to people of all ages and abilities.
Competitive Tennis
Sadly, no competitive match play is available. However, other local tennis clubs do offer a range. So if match play is at the top of your list, then you might want to consider other local clubs.
Membership
With no increases in membership fees, Grundisburgh Tennis Club is truly affordable. Adult membership, for example, costs roughly £1 per week. And all other options are just as good value for money.
