Heyes Lane Tennis Club
Located in Alderley Edge, Heyes Lane Tennis Club offers tennis for all ages and standards at a relaxed and friendly club. The club was formed in 1925 with 2 grass courts on the north side of the small ‘Whitehall Brook’. Today, the club has modern facilities yet retains it’s roots as a local community sports club.
There are regular social session which are open to all abilities. Also the club’s all-weather astroturf courts allow for great all-round year play.
A wide range of coaching sessions are held throughout the week. Along with the adults, the very active junior section, are also coached by Paul Mannion, an LTA qualified coach. Paul is also available for private tutoring. Holiday camps enable juniors to stay active and improve their tennis skills, throughout the year.
In addition to regular social play, the club hosts a range of competitive tennis matches for adults and juniors. Two men’s teams, an U18 and U15 boys team and an U13 mixed team all compete in local leagues.
With a range of membership options, Heyes Lane Tennis Club caters to all. From cost affordable adult membership to free non-playing social membership.
Finally, The Club won the Men’s second division of the local league in 1977!
