Hooton Tennis Club
Established in 1912, Hooton Tennis Club is located on Berwick Road near the village of Little Sutton. Having been active for over 100 years, the club continue it’s rich history today with excellent facilities and superb playing opportunities. So if you wish improve your fitness whilst learning a challenging and enjoyable sport, Hooton Tennis Club is for you.
Social Play
In addition to regular club session, it’s easy to book a court for your own game. So, if you have a partner or are looking to meet other local tennis players, the club offers many opportunities.
Coaching
Hooton Tennis Club benefits from a close association with Arron Woodward, one of the best coaches on the Wirral. Arron has been coaching at Hooton for 6 years now. Whatever your requirements, you can be sure to benefit from taking advantage of a group and individual coaching sessions.
The club has a strong youth development programme. Juniors benefits from a range of coaching sessions, day camps as well as individual lessons.
Competitive Tennis
Since the club focuses on social play, there are no league or competitive play on offer. Therefore if you’re after a challenge, then it could be best to look at other local clubs.
Membership
With six levels of membership, Hooton Tennis Club is easy to join, no matter what your age or requirements. And as adult membership cost under £2 per week, becoming a member is affordable.

The clubhouse offers a fully Licensed bar area, changing rooms and kitchen facilities with an outdoor seating area.
