Horley Lawn Tennis Club
Established in 1894, Horley Lawn Tennis Club is a friendly, sociable club with tennis sessions that suit all abilities and ages. The club runs a full timetable of playing sessions including club play, one day competitions, summer and winter tournaments. As well as team training and arranged coaching sessions.
Social Play
While there is plenty of free court time for members to work on their skills, members enjoy the weekly club sessions. Open to all, these sessions are a great way to improve your tennis game, stay active and meet new people.
Coaching
The coaching team provides a range of classes for every age and ability. From Mini Tennis Red to Elite training, group and drop-in sessions to individual lessons. As an LTA accredited Mini Tennis Centre, the club has a strong junior membership enhanced by coaching on Junior nights.
Competitive Tennis
Both mens and ladies teams compete in the Surrey league, Weald league, and Dorking and Leatherhead league. There is also a mixed team in the Weald league.
Membership
There’s 8 types of membership at Horley Lawn Tennis Club offers. Therefore new members are played in by the head coach to determine which type would be best for you. As there are a range of options, all types of tennis players are catered for. Visitors are welcome up to three visits per annum for a small fee.

In addition to tennis, there is a full calendar of social events throughout the year with a variety of formats, from quiz nights to themed food evenings.
