Leeds Park Tennis – Meanwood Park
Owned and managed by Leeds City Council, Leeds Park Tennis – Meanwood Park offers you the chance to get fit and stay active. The venue’s two courts are free to use and so you can play tennis as often as you want to. Tennis is the perfect sport for all ages, whether you’re 9 or 90. So whatever your age, grab your racket, let’s get hitting some balls!
Social Play
The Meanwood Park public tennis court site has 2 hard courts which are free to access throughout the year. While you can turn up and play, you can also book courts can online in advance!
Coaching
No coaching is available at Meanwood Park. However, other other council run venues do offer a range of affordable coaching as well as many other tennis clubs within Leeds.
Competitive Tennis
Sadly, no match play is available. However, as Leeds has one of the highest number of tennis clubs in the country, you have lots of options available if you’re looking for more competitive play.
Membership
As you can use the courts at Meanwood Park for free, you can turn up and play, you able to play as little or as much as you wish. And since there’s no charge, all are able to enjoy playing tennis at the park!
