Liverpool Cricket Club

Founded in 1807, Liverpool Cricket Club is the oldest amateur sporting establishment in Merseyside. As well as cricket, the club also offers squash, tennis, hockey, bowls, lacrosse and rugby. All  facilities are available to members. The tennis section has a range of events in the calendar, which ensures that everyone has the opportunity to enjoy the sport.

 

Social Play

With such a large number of courts available, you’ll always be able to get on court. So get together with some friends and play tennis!

 

Coaching

Headed by senior coach, Paul Freeman, a team of coaches are available to help you develop and grow. The fully qualified LTA accredited tennis coaches are able to deliver a wide range of age and ability appropriate sessions either for individuals or groups.

 

Competitive Tennis

The club also hosts the award winning Liverpool International Tennis Tournament (LITT). The LITT is the longest running and largest tennis exhibition in Europe. It features both legends and stars of the future. Past tournaments have featured the likes of Novak Djokovic, John McEnroe, Greg Rusedski, Martina Navratilova and Martina Hingis.

 

Membership

Tennis membership at Liverpool Cricket Club is simple. There’s four options and lots of members benefits including free court use, Wimbledon ticket as well as free function room hire.

Away from the sports, there are 3 popular function rooms that are available for hire all year round for all occasions.
