Tarporley Tennis Club
Tarporley Tennis Club is one of Cheshire’s oldest tennis club, having been formed in 1910. Over the years the club has evolved and now offers an exciting programme of tennis for all.
In addition to tennis, the club runs a variety of events throughout the year ranging from Family Fun Days to fun Junior and Adult Tournaments.
Social Play
Every Wednesday evening is Social Club Night! These sessions are open to members and non-members wishing to trial the club. Everyone mixes in and rotates after 4 games. Often, members end the evening with a drink in the village afterwards!
In addition to this weekly session, there’s ladies morning during the week and family session on Sundays. And if that wasn’t enough options, as a member you’re able to play on free courts.
Coaching
A team of Coaches offering a full programme of Junior and Adult group and individual lessons. So whatever your age, help is available to enable you to grow and develop your skills. Cardio Tennis is also available!
Competitive Tennis
Teams compete in the South Mid Cheshire Summer League, which means the club provides some opportunities for match play.

With affordable membership fees, you’ll enjoy playing at Tarporley Tennis Club. And since there’s no joining fee or playing in tests, becoming a member is simple!
