Thurrock Lawn Tennis Club
Thurrock Lawn Tennis Club is located in Grays, Essex. The club has been in existence for over 60 years. The club aims to encourage the community of Thurrock to play tennis at all levels and age groups. The friendly members enjoy a lively club programme.
Social Play
With two weekly social tennis sessions, members have plenty of opportunities to play tennis. These are a superb way to get stuck into club while staying active. Outside the club’s programme courts are free for member’s own games.
Coaching
The four qualified tennis coaches provide excellent tuition. There are weekly Cardio Tennis as well as Ladies morning sessions, which run throughout the year. And for juniors, there are a number of fun holiday camps.
Competitive Tennis
While many members simply enjoy a social game, some are looking for a challenge. So, if you’re looking for more match play, then Men’s, ladies and mixed doubles teams compete in the Essex, Brentwood and Stock leagues.
Membership
Whether you want to play at off peak hours or all the time, Thurrock Lawn Tennis Club offers membership for you. Adult membership costs just over £2 per week and there are no joining fees. There are also a number of memberships available.
