Wadebridge Tennis Club
Wadebridge Tennis Club has been here for over 40 years, with courts leased from the Town Council, which are financed and run by Wadebridge Tennis Club.
At Wadebridge Tennis Club you will be able to start as a beginner and become a match player. The Club aims to provide coaching and matchplay for anyone and everyone.
Social Play
For those of you who just like to play tennis, Club Sessions are on Sunday mornings (all members welcome), Wednesday (all members and potential new members welcome) and Friday evenings (Intermediate/ Advanced only Adults and invited Juniors only). As well as on selected Fridays being a themed evening when all are welcome.
Courts are also available to members and non-members, for a small fee, outside the club’s programme.
Coaching
Group and individual lessons are available and aim to speed up your progress as a tennis player. Included in the coaching programme is regular match play, which reinforces lessons.
Competitive Tennis
While the club doesn’t compete in local leagues, it does host a number of its own tournaments each year. So if you’re looking for some match play, you’ll enjoy what the club has to offers.
Membership
While you can book a court on a pay and play basis, membership of Wadebridge Tennis Club offers many benefits. Plus you can play at the club up to six times before committing to join.
