Whitnash Sports and Social Club
Whitnash Sports and Social Club has a variety of sports and social sections which include Rugby League, Football (Junior & Senior), Bowls, Tennis, Petanque, Table Tennis, Fishing, Line & Ballroom Dancing as well the normal bar activities of Darts, Dominoes, Crib.
Social Play
While there is no tennis club at the facility, there are three tennis courts which are available for hire. So gather some friends and get on court!
Coaching
Sadly, no coaching is available, however there are many other local tennis clubs who do offer an extensive programme. So you might want to consider them.
Competitive Tennis
As with coaching, the centre does not offer any match play. Many other local clubs does and so if you’re looking for more competitive play then it could be best to look at other local clubs.
Membership
All are welcome to join Whitnash Sports and Social Club as a Social member, and you don’t have to join any of the sports or social sections. Fees are very low, however, sports section will charge addition fees to join their club.
Extras
The club has a comfortable bar, which serves a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks including tea and coffee at competitive prices. The ba also has a large TV which shows a range of sporting events.
