Worcester Lawn Tennis Club

Worcester Lawn Tennis Club offers excellent playing facilities all year round! The club is always looking for new members and holds regular open days in addition to club events.


On offer at the club is tournaments, social evenings, for all ages and abilities as well as junior tennis. The club also tries to incorporate some more general social events into the calendar.


Social Play

The 3 weekly social play sessions enable everyone to play regularly. On Tuesday and Friday mornings, players meet for friendly doubles.


A long-standing tradition at the club is the regular Saturday afternoon social. This is great for those working in the week who may not be able to make it along to the Tuesday or Friday groups. The focus is friendly, mixed doubles. The bar will always be open! 



Worcester Tennis Academy offers coaching at the club for all ages and abilities, with weekly group coaching sessions. As well as individual and small group lessons available by private arrangement.


Competitive Tennis

The club enters a number of teams competitively in the Herefordshire & Worcestershire leagues, in both Winter and Summer. In addition, 10 junior teams compete in the AEGON Hereford and Worcester leagues.
