Hayling Island lies off the south coast of England and within Hampshire. It is shaped like an inverted T and is about 4 miles long and 4 miles wide.

 

For a small island there’s lots of sport available including football, fencing and golf. As well as sailing and other water based sports. Hayling is also the birthplace of windsurfing, a sport which is still very active on the island!
