Arundel Lawn Tennis Club

Founded in 1963, Arundel Lawn Tennis Club is situated in beautiful surroundings, close to Arundel Castle, the River Arun and with fine views to the Sussex Downs over the water meadows.

Social Play

There is a very active weekly tennis programme which aims to provide opportunities for tennis players of all ages and abilities. These include an informal hosted evening on Thursdays which is a great way for new members to learn more about the club and get advice on how to improve their game. For adults wishing to return to playing tennis or to brush up on the basics, there are also sessions specifically designed for those with “rusty raquets”.

Coaching

The club’s LTA qualified coach, Paul Macintosh, offers a range of coaching. This includes individual and group sessions for both senior and junior members.

Competitive Tennis

Arundel Lawn Tennis Club enters mens and ladies teams in the Sussex league competitions, both summer and winter. In addition the club has a regular programme of friendly matches against other local clubs. The club therefore provides a range of competitive tennis for all abilities.

Membership

With affordable membership, the club makes joining easy. Options includes adult, junior and social members. In terms of visitor fees, they are also very reasonable.
