Beechgrove Lawn Tennis Club
Located in Moffat, a town with a rich tennis history, Beechgrove Lawn Tennis Club has the use of all 6 blaes courts at Beechgrove Recreation grounds. The family friendly club welcome new members of all ages and playing abilities. The playing season runs from mid April until mid October, and there’s a superb range of activities available.
Social Play
During the season, there’s plenty of weekly opportunities to play tennis. These include club sessions and also free court time, which is available to members. Non-member can also book these slots on a pay and play basis.
Coaching
Head Coach, Michael McMillin is fully accredited LTA coach. Mike runs a superb programme of group lessons as well as individual coaching sessions for players of all ages and abilities. There’s also subsidised Mini Tennis and Junior coaching programmes.
Competitive Tennis
There’s plenty going on if you’re interested in competitive play. In addition to club tournaments, teams are active in the Dumfries and Galloway Leagues as well as other competitions.
Membership
With wide range of membership packages, Beechgrove Lawn Tennis Club always offers a warm welcome to new members. Non-members are welcome to pay and play. This means the club provides the best of both worlds!
