Campden Hill Lawn Tennis Club
Campden Hill Lawn Tennis Club was founded in 1884, just seven years after the first Wimbledon Championships were held. Between 2001 and 2002, the Club was extensively refurbished and the 12 outdoor courts were turned into six indoor and six outdoor courts. The Club now boasts some of the best tennis club facilities in London.
Social Play
As a busy club, members enjoy the weekly social sessions. There’s also a plenty of free court time for members to book for their own games. Wherever possible members are encouraged to ‘cut in’ and play with others of a similar standard.
Coaching
Some coaching is available and will enable you to develop your skills. So regardless of your age, the team will help you to reach your goals.
Competitive Tennis
In addition to a thriving social tennis scene, some members enjoy performance tennis and take part in local and national competitions. So if you’re looking for more match play, there is a range available.
Membership
Campden Hill Lawn Tennis Club is fully subscribed, with substantial waiting lists for all categories. However, should you wish to join the waiting list then get in touch with the club.
Extras
The social dimension of the Club is integral to the enjoyment of members with the restaurant and bar offering high calibre catering to members and their guests. The clubhouse is open from 8am until 11pm.
