Davenport Lawn Tennis Club
Ideally located in the leafy suburbs of Stockport, Davenport Lawn Tennis Club offers all year round tennis and a friendly welcome. With a history dating back to 1909, members have been playing tennis at the club for over a hundred years.
Social Play
Social tennis takes place on Club Nights are every Tuesday and Thursday. And these sessions run all year round and are open to all playing standards. There’s also plenty of court time for members to book and use.
Coaching
The club’s coaches provide a full range of coaching services for adult groups and individuals. A thriving Junior Section run by the club’s Coach Ben Bush.
Competitive Tennis
In addition to regular social play, there are competitive opportunities for all playing standards. These include successful teams in the North East Cheshire Junior and Senior Leagues. As well as club tournaments, internal box league and more.
Membership
Joining Davenport Lawn Tennis Club is easy. Simply pick one of 10 membership options, fill out the form and pay the fee and you’re done. Guests are welcome and can play a maximum of 4 times per year for a small fee each time.
Extras
Off court, members enjoy the clubhouse bar as well as a calendar of social events. These including quiz nights, music, food evenings and so much more!
