The Drive Tennis Club
The Drive Tennis Club was founded by a small group of players in 1925 with one hard tennis court. Today the club still holds on to it’s founding ethos and offers tennis players in Edgware an exciting year round programme. And with a diverse membership, all are welcome at the club.
Social Play
There is social tennis for all members on Saturday afternoons and Sunday mornings. As well as multiple groups who play social tennis throughout the week. Therefore if you enjoy playing a more social tennis game, you have plenty of opportunities.
Coaching
If you’re in need of some coaching then the club’s two experienced coaches arrange junior and senior coaching sessions at all levels. There are also training sessions for more advanced players on Wednesday and Thursday nights.
Competitive Tennis
In terms of match play, 5 mens and 1 ladies team compete in the Middlesex summer league. As well as a mixed doubles teams in the winter league. Internally, the club runs a box league and a club tournament.
Membership

Extras
The clubhouse is social hub of the club. Members meet to play table tennis is on Tuesday mornings and bridge every Friday. It’s also available for hire for parties.
